Eiffel Tower
The most famous monument in Paris was built by Gustave Eiffel for the World Expo 1889, the centenary of the French Revolution, is celebrating 120 years in 2009!. 318 meters to 10,100 tons, this is the monument in the world best remembered and most visited in Europe! The most famous avenue in the world, was created in 1667 by landscape architect André Le Nôtre, where the famous Arc de Triomphe. All lined with numerous cafes, restaurants and shops today and ride a tourist, but mandatory.

Notre Dame
This wonderful cathedral along the Seine is one of the landmarks of Paris! Gothic, was begun in 1163 in the Middle Ages! Were 170 years of efforts from thousands of medieval architects and craftsmen.
It was built over a Roman temple and completed in 1330. Note the most beautiful stained glass windows (XIII century) in the background! Several kings and queens were crowned and there was also the scene of violence, when it was looted by revolutionaries, the tank turned into wine. Being recovered and restored at the time of Napoleon.
